The Mechanical Top Drive Drilling Rig is a self-developed drilling equipment that combines the functionalities of water and air drills (national invention patent: ZL201510479602.4).This rig incorporates a 5 speed manual automobile gearbox, offering a broad speed range, precise and convenient forward and reverse rotation, high transmission efficiency, significant reducing power consumption while enhancing effectiveness and energy conservation. lt effectively addresses the challenges encountered during air drilling in soil layers as well as the construction efficiency of rotary drilling rigs when dealing with hard rock layers, gravel layers, and pebble layers.

1. The mechanical driving head is adopted to achieve the integration of mud drilling and pneumatic hammer drilling functions.lt can provide a high speed of 1080rpm and a large torque (maximum torque of12000N.m). When drilling into the soil layer, the drill can utilize core-free composite sheet or cone bit for mud drilling, perform high-speed rotary drilling in the rock layer, and use an air compressor and pneumatic drill hammer for impact drilling.
