On the 26th to 29th last month, our company’s salesman hosted customers from the Philippines.
The two customers belong to construction company in the Philippines, they are a couple. Engaged in drilling for 20 years, they have a deep understanding of the drilling and drilling industry. During the three-day trip, our sales staff developed a detailed tour plan for the client, allowing the client to have a relaxing break during the busy tour.
On the first day of the customer’s arrival in China, the journey was exhausting, so our sales arranged for the client to rest at hotel and lead the client to dinner at our local specialty restaurant in the evening.
The next day, during the factory visit, the customer told us about the problem he had been worried about: the air compressor. He wants to know more about the parameters and performance of the air compressor. Our factotry manager detailed explained differences of air compressor among different brands. At the same time, our engineers also gave a demonstration on the spot to explain the usage and design highlights of our RB400 drilling rig. And we remind the maintenance and maintenance considerations, such as the maintenance method of the track in the crawler rig(It is necessary to add grease instead of lubricating oil in the track) When we learned that the customer encountered the problem of landslide in the past well drilling process, because the beach area is geologically soft, many details need to be paid attention to when drilling the well. Our engineers gave reasonable suggestions and solved the problem of the customer.
On the third day, our salesman led two customers to climb the scenic spot near the factory to enjoy the beautiful scenery of China’s spring. It is a full bloom season in March and April, and every customers are welcome to visit the factory in this wonderful season.
